Mercado Libre, Tiendanube and WhatsApp, connected to Howe
What Howe reads from each channel, what it can do with it and how it connects, with the control always on your side.
Why connect your channels
People who sell on several channels end up with their information scattered: prices in the Mercado Libre dashboard, Tiendanube products in another, orders in a third and a spreadsheet trying to bring it all together. Howe starts from the opposite idea: you connect the channels once and the agent works with what's actually published, without you moving data from one tab to another.
Today you can connect Mercado Libre, Tiendanube and WhatsApp. The Google suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Gmail) is being built and can't be connected yet.
Mercado Libre
It connects with your account, through the official API. The agent reads your listings, your prices, the stock and the orders, and tracks shipments. It also reads what the channel charges you on each sale, the commission and the free shipping, and uses it to work out how much you really earn. From there it proposes price changes, with the before and the after of each one.
It also looks at what's public: what other sellers list on Mercado Libre, at what price and how many they sell, also through the official API. That way you move a price with the market in view, not blindly. Competition analysis comes with the Pro and Ultra plans.
Tiendanube
Your Tiendanube products and orders are matched by SKU with those of Mercado Libre and your own store. The result is a single dashboard: what you sold on each channel, what's waiting to be paid and what's left to ship.
Nothing is stored about your buyers on Tiendanube: no names, no emails, no addresses.
WhatsApp isn't a sales channel: it's where Howe notifies you. When the agent prepares changes, it sends them to you so you can approve them from your verified number, without opening the app. If something has a blocking alert, you get the button to review it in the app.
The Google suite, on its way
We're building the Google integration. When it's ready, you'll be able to save what the agent makes to your Drive, open your documents, spreadsheets and presentations in Docs, Sheets and Slides, and bring a Gmail message into the conversation. You'll choose which files and which emails the agent sees: the rest stays out. It can't be connected yet.
How an integration is connected
- Connect. Open Integrations in the sidebar and pick the one you want. Mercado Libre and Tiendanube connect with your account; WhatsApp, with your phone number, which you verify. Each card tells you what the agent reads, what it can do with it and who makes it.
- Ask. You talk to the agent like you would to a person. It works with your real listings, prices and orders.
- Approve. The agent leaves the changes ready, with the before and the after of each one. You approve them from the web, from your phone or from WhatsApp, and everything can be undone.
- Add more over time. Every new integration shows up on the same screen, with its card.
Who's in control
Connecting a sales channel is the account owner's job. Connections are official: never with robots or by logging in with your password, and the Mercado Libre and Tiendanube credentials are stored encrypted.
No change reaches your channel without going through the change engine. You choose how far the agent acts on its own (ask you every time, follow your rules or apply everything), a price at which you'd lose money is never applied automatically in any mode, every change keeps how it was before and there's a record of who changed what and when. The detail is in How Howe protects your data.
Howe doesn't replace your channels
Your listings keep living on Mercado Libre and Tiendanube. Howe reads your listings, prices, stock and orders and, when you approve a change, applies it there. What changes is where you work: in one place, with the agent at hand, instead of jumping from dashboard to dashboard. To see what that adds compared to doing it by hand, there's the post Howe versus doing it by hand.
