Which integrations does Howe have?
Today you can connect Mercado Libre, Tiendanube and WhatsApp. Mercado Libre and Tiendanube are sales channels: the agent works with your listings and orders. WhatsApp is for notifying you and letting you approve changes with a tap. The Google suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Gmail) is coming soon.
How do I connect an integration?
Open Integrations in the sidebar, pick the one you want and follow the steps. Mercado Libre and Tiendanube connect with your account; WhatsApp, with your phone number, which you verify. Connecting a sales channel is the account owner's call.
What can the agent do with each one?
Each integration has its own page with what the agent can do. With Mercado Libre and Tiendanube it reads listings, prices, stock and orders, follows shipments and proposes price changes, which are applied when you approve them. With WhatsApp it tells you when there's something to approve.
Is it safe to connect my accounts?
Integrations use each brand's official API, never bots or your password. Credentials are stored encrypted, each business's data is isolated and a record is kept of who changed what and when. The security page has the details.
Can they change my prices without me knowing?
No change reaches your channel without going through the change engine. You choose how far it acts on its own: always ask you, follow your rules or apply everything. A price that loses you money is never applied automatically, in any mode, and every change keeps how things were before.
When is the Google suite coming?
We're getting it ready and it can't be connected yet. When it's here, you'll be able to save what the agent makes to your Drive, open it in Docs, Sheets and Slides, and bring a Gmail message into the conversation. You'll choose which files and which emails the agent sees: the rest stays out.
