An AI agent for your store: it reads, calculates and proposes
What Howe's agent does with your lists, your prices and your sales, and why it never changes anything without your approval.
An agent that works with your real data
Howe's agent isn't a chat that answers general questions: it works with your business. It reads your supplier's list, knows your catalog, knows how much each channel charges you and remembers how you work. With that it does the long work, the kind that tends to eat the week, and leaves you the result ready to approve.
This post goes through what it does, task by task, and how control stays on your side.
From the supplier's list to your prices
It's the most requested task, and it shows well how the agent works. You tell it, for example: "Upload ACME's new list and mark everything up to a 40% margin." From there it does this:
It reads the list
You can upload a supplier's list as Excel, CSV or PDF, or any file. The agent reads every row and matches it with your catalog, by SKU or by name, with its cost and the price it has on each channel.
It works out your real margin
It calculates each product's real margin on each channel, with the commission, shipping, taxes and VAT, and the minimum price your rule asks for. It's the calculation that's hard to keep up to date in a spreadsheet.
It proposes the new prices
It shows you the new prices with the before and the after of each one. It changes nothing until you approve. When you approve, the change is applied on the channel and keeps how it was, so it can be undone.
Looking at the market before moving a price
To compare, the agent looks at what other sellers list on Mercado Libre, at what price and how many they sell, through the official API. Each analysis stays in a list so you can look at it again. It's useful for questions like "how's the market for silver hoop earrings on Mercado Libre?" before you touch anything.
When you need to go further, it also researches: it searches and reads web pages and tells you where each piece of data comes from. What comes from the web is never applied automatically.
Reports, documents and spreadsheets
The agent builds presentations, documents, spreadsheets and dashboards with your business's data. They stay in your Library and you download them as Word, Excel, PowerPoint or PDF. A typical request: a presentation with September's sales, how the month closed, what sold the most, the margin per channel and what to do in October.
And if something doesn't convince you, it fixes it without redoing it: you mark a part and tell it what to change. It also proposes adjustments to your store's design, which you see before saving.
Understanding how you really did
The agent looks at your sales, your profit and your best-selling products, and tells you what's going on. Since it knows each channel's commissions and shipping, the margin it shows you is the real one, with that already taken out, and it can compare it with the market.
Routines, projects and memory
Some work isn't a one-off task but something you repeat. That's what routines are for: you ask in your own words when it runs and what it has to do. For example: "Every Monday at 9 check the competition's prices and let me know if they drop more than 5%. And on Fridays at 6 pm put together a summary of the week."
- Projects. A project is a conversation with the agent: you ask for whatever comes up and it works on it in separate tasks, with your products, suppliers and files at hand. For a launch or a big change, it opens a task for each part, follows them and tells you what each one solved.
- Memory. It remembers how you work (your suppliers, your margins, your rules) and uses it next time. A pricing rule stays off until you confirm it.
- Questions. When the decision is yours, it asks you with options before going on. It doesn't guess.
You approve
Everything above has the same limit: the agent proposes and you decide. You choose how much it does on its own: ask you every time, follow your rules or apply everything. A price at which you'd lose money is never applied automatically, in any mode. Every change keeps how it was before, it's noted who changed what and when, and you approve from the web, your phone or WhatsApp.

Which plans include it
The agent (with chat, tasks and routines), competition analysis and reports come with the Pro and Ultra plans. The Free plan doesn't include AI. Ultra has the same features as Pro, with five times the AI usage. The details are in the post Free, Pro and Ultra plans.
